We were formally recognized in 2025. A chatgroup links some 60 of us, old and new friends. Still welcoming new faces.
The foundation of this fellowship is Christ the Cornerstone. We members are His “doulos”. We are working women and retirees; singles, marrieds or widowed or divorced.
To contribute to family and community, we are eager to be witnesses to the awesome and unique Jesus and His love for all.
CDC ladies serve! Sunday meetings rally worshippers, intercessors, ushers, musicians, media technicians, bible teachers and friendship builders.
Gifted ones lead or support weekly caregroups and monthly activities. (See CGs/ StretchNFun /Joyful Hearts /2-left Feet/Blessed Home class).
Many answers to prayer stir us to keep praying for families and newcomers. The realities of the Kingdom of GOD are recorded in our shared journey of faith.
Illnesses make us tap into God’s power while tragedies deepen our conversations with God and with each other. The carrier of God’s grace and daily mercies is God’s Love, “by His Spirit”.
It is in this fellowship with God’s Holy Spirit that we express true lifelong friendship. Join us in becoming hearers who do LIFE to please God!
FAQ
Are men really not permitted?
A few men can help with the technical support for a big meeting / gathering. In fact, men have separate outings.
Do the activities involve monetary contributions?
It depends on whether the activity is sponsored by church. Sometimes we do fundraising for the needy.
Can I bring a friend who is a non-Christian to a Ladies' meeting?
Sure!
Is there Bible Study for women?
The Bible studies may be weekly or fortnightly in Care Group. If you would like to join, please refer to Care Group Page.
Is this like a book club?
No, this is more like a fun social gathering session where we share joy and do activities together. Activities such as Decoupage, Long table lunch, sit down exercises are some example of activities.
